Original art produced by Margot Begland is not eligible for return or refund. The artist is always available to discuss the work and purchasing process. She is able to assist you in your purchasing decision prior to purchase. and encourages you to take the time you need to make a well-considered decision to buy.  Once the work ships, it is not possible to adjust or reverse the terms of sale and it becomes the entirely the property of the purchaser. Reselling by the purchaser is permissable, of course.

Studio pick-up is encouraged when this is a practical possibility. it saves you money and you can meet with the artist and make the payment in cash after you personally view the artwork and confirm your decision to purchase it.

Local delivery by the artist (or her representative) is another good option available to locations on Southern Vancouver Island. A small non-refundable deposit to cover travel is paid prior to delivery via e-transfer or Paypal. This deposit acknowledges the pending sale to you. The full amount of the deposit is deducted from the total cost of the artwork. The balance is payable in cash directly to the artist or their delivery representative. When the delivery address is considerable distance from Victoria, we will discuss the schedule with you, but please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery at a mutually convenient, daylight time.

Shipping by air mail or courier is available. Shipping, packaging and handling is provided at cost and charged to the purchaser at the time of sale. It may be customized to your preferences and budget but must include tracking and insurance. Please contact to discuss options.
